Heya traders,

Stars are aligning: the ATLAS comet is approaching its closest point to Earth, and the economy is changing now that the Federal Reserve has officially stopped its Quantitative Tightening (QT) program as of December 1, 2025, marking a significant shift in US monetary policy that has been ongoing since June 2022.

Since QT has officially concluded, the FED's rate cut on December 10 is almost certain, with traders on Kalshi estimating a 93% chance of it occurring.

Additionally, SEC Chair Paul S. Atkins announced last week that the innovation exemption rule for cryptocurrencies is planned to be introduced as early as January 2026.

After years of Gensler breathing down the industry’s neck, this marks a major 180-degree shift that promises to reduce much of the confusion and uncertainty, enabling issuers to launch tokens and products more quickly than before, without requiring full SEC registration.

With all that in mind, does this mean we’ll go to the moon immediately? Probably not, but it certainly helps manifest the Santa Rally and, more importantly, a positive outlook for 2026.

In other news, Anthropic released a study showing that Claude Opus 4.5, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and GPT-5 collectively developed smart contract exploits worth $4.6 million. Scary stuff.

With increased AI capabilities and the looming arrival of quantum computing that will be capable of breaking cryptography in one fell swoop, a bearish case for crypto can also be made.

But that’s a problem for future crypto entrants. For now, the current market participants are not too eager to deploy capital, highlighted by the past 7-day flows.

And to top it all off, fomo is now sponsoring the “Risk On” podcast, which airs twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12 pm EST. Be sure to follow them on X, and don't forget to use this link for a 10% discount on trading fees.

The first coin of the week is one that just refuses to die, and it's none other than Fartcoin, posting solid 20% gains. It’s pretty ironic that this is one of the last standing coins coming from the AI craze we saw back in late 2024.

If it tells us anything, it’s that adults never grow up, and I find comfort in that.

Next up is $REPPO, an AI project incubated on Echo that aims to democratize access to AI training data through Prediction Markets. Quite the mouthful, eh? In essence, Reppo argues that the main bottleneck for AI models isn’t brute strength. Instead, it’s the scarcity of high-quality, domain-specific data, which they intend to source from human input via their flagship app.

In anticipation of the imminent subnet launch, the coin has surged from a $7 million market cap to $30+ million over the last week.

As always, keep track of the majors in the “most held” section directly inside the fomo app.

If you recall us talking about a Solana coin called $ORE a few weeks ago and felt you missed the trade, we now have a Base-equivalent with a few modifications.

$DONUT is essentially ORE's Base counterpart with a similar Store of Value playbook, but instead of mining, users participate in a Dutch‑auction‑style emission mechanism, essentially bidding ETH for the right to receive newly minted DONUT each block.

The next coin on the list is based on an animated children's television series, Franklin. The character gained popularity after Pete Hegseth, U.S. Secretary of Defense

posted an AI-generated parody of a Franklin book cover on his X profile.

Since then, the meme has further permeated among US officials, including US Secretary of Treasury Scott Besant. Bear in mind the coin is currently experiencing a significant drawdown, going from highs of 15 million to now barely 4 million in market cap.

The runner-up position belongs to 0GAntD with a picture-perfect execution on the $bibi coin. Bought on Nov 28, held for a couple of days, and sold the top once it ran up, achieving a clean 5x on a 20k position, very well done.

And in third place, we have Yuri with his $UMBRA trade. Having invested 50k, Yuri sold at a clean 2x move as people started piling in for the launch of Umbra’s mobile app and the mainnet SDK. Buy the rumor, sell the news type of thing.

Last week, the No. 1 spot went to freakofnature and his $KABUTO trade, with a PnL of 120 bands. It could’ve been even more if he sold the top, but if you catch the meat of the move, selling the top is not necessary to strike the bullseye. Respect.
